All orders are processed upon receipt (excluding weekends and select legal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. MediTac proudly ships to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers.

Delivery Time & Delays

Delivery time on most orders is up to 7 business days within the contiguous 48 states. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. Actual shipping time is dependent on:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@meditackits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@meditackits.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Great bag for what I need. Easy to carry my oxygen with me.

I liked the thickness of the product then the zipper came apart less than six months of owning it.

Got this for a family member that was pushing oxygen tanks around in a little cart . Cart and hoses got always tangled and cart was hard to control . He loves this bag , easy to carry and everything is contained . The extra pocket is great for tubing.

Like everything about it. Secure, easy to carry, great for emergency medical teams. Can't miss it in the dark. Should make them in different colors for other than professionals.

We care for an elderly relative who is on 4L 24/7 and transporting E tanks in our cars was a nightmare. We are able to secure the loosened strap around the center or passenger side back seat headrest and then use the corresponding seatbelt to secure the bag itself. This leaves room for a driver side passenger in the back if necessary. With our setup, she rides in the front. The tubing side of the tank ends up near the front passenger seat with plenty of slack. When we arrive at our destination, we can either carry as-is or simply unzip and transfer the E tank to a holder on her wheelchair. The pouch is perfect for extra tubing and we clipped a valve key to the top loop of the bag so we can't misplace it. We also feel better knowing that, in the event of an accident or breakdown, first responders can immediately see that there is oxygen in the vehicles. We purchased two of these packs (one for each vehicle) and our only regret is that we didn't know about these sooner. Highly recommend.

Needed a value priced transport bag for a portable size â€œEâ€ tank Oxygen cylinder. Has padding around inside top of regulator bag and a Velcro strap about 3/4 way up the side of the tank. Pocket holds masks and has a secure double hoop shoulder strap latch snaps.
