Terms and Conditions

Sales Tax--Shipments within NY State will be charged applicable NY State sales tax unless buyer has submitted a tax exemption certificate prior to or at the time of shipment (The exemption form must be on file with us).

Credit Information--Governmental agencies, fire and police departments, and nonprofit volunteer organizations automatically have NET 30 DAY open accounts, subject to their credit history. All other organizations are invited to apply for and enjoy open account privileges. Please call 1-800-347-3494 for a credit application.

Payment Terms--Standard payments on open accounts are payable within 30 days of invoice date. Delinquent accounts are subject to a finance charge of 18% per annum.

Images--We make every effort to keep current and accurate images of all items sold on our website. Always refer to the item description for a complete and accurate description of the item being sold.

Latex Information--In an effort to help our customers, we have marked many items on this website as "Latex Free". It is our intent to sell non-latex products where indicated, however, we cannot control changes in manufacturing and may inadvertently sell a product marked "Latex Free" which may contain latex. Thoroughly inspect all products and product labels for latex information before administering care.
