Nitecore P12 1000 Lumen LED Tactical EDC Flashlight

I like it a lot. It's small and light and you get great light. The settings are good and easy to operate. Instructions that came with it were detailed and easy to understand. I haven't had it for long so I'm just assuming the battery life will be good.

I work in the security endure and this flash light is sturdy, small enough not to feel heavy nor bulky, very bright. I love it!!!!

I first bought a P12 when I began working on road construction at night in Louisiana.The first thing I noticed was it’s incredible balance between long throw and substantial flood. This allows me to point out things from around 20’ away and still provides plenty of surrounding illumination.One feature that is a requirement to me is a tail switch. I hate not knowing where the button is. There are times where that button location delay could have been dangerous. Mostly it’s for convenience.After putting my first P12 through hell and back over 5 years it still works like it’s fresh out of the box.I have dropped it from 6’ onto concrete where it hit on the worst spots. There are many signs of these drops but that’s how you know this is a real deal torch.I noticed one day that nite core came up with P12 GT which has a 30% +- increase throw. I then bought another regular P12 and decided to try the GT. Both models have been submerged temporarily in salt water in the Gulf of Mexico and carried on lightning stuff up. Their O-ring seals work. All of my nitecore lights run a 3500 mah rechargeable battery which have been consistently dependable throughout their use.Honestly for my application I am completely satisfied with the performance of the P12. I’ve purchased Olight, Fenix, and other quality lights andUnfortunately after letting one of the workers who was having trouble seeing at night work borrow the light it was somehow lost. At the moment I still have one P12 and one P12GT and between them I think I’m set for life.It’s the Best flashlight I have ever owned and look forward to nitecore adding more useful features to future P12 models.

This is a great light. I have owned several nitecore flashlights and they have all been outstanding. This light was no exception. Very bright and easily fits in a pocket.

I have a few of these that I've been testing out vs some other top brands for weapon lights. Other than cable management this thing is great, very durable and great for low light/no light situations. Mounts with most 1" brackets and works every time even after lots of use. Great value and performance for the price. I'd love to see a vamp version sometime.

No complex blinking features to fumble through. Three level of brightness with simple functions.

This is my second one I have owned. This light is incredibly bright. It has a long service time and I really like that it has a separate switch for levels of brightness. I used it as my service flashlight as a law enforcement officer and I was very happy with it. I like that the battery is separate from the light so that I can have a back up battery if the other runs down and I don't have to worry about plugging in the flashlight. You can also use alkaline batteries if needed. All in all, a good light. Would recommend. It's also waterproof.

Nitecore has great flashlights, I’ve been a fan of them since I found them and will continue to buy them.

For the price It is a very good flashlight extremely bright and compact fits right in your pocket
