Delivery Time & Delays

Delivery time on most orders is up to 7 business days within the contiguous 48 states. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. Actual shipping time is dependent on:

Weather or other natural conditions
Carrier operating schedules, delays or disruptions

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MediTac is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@meditackits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@meditackits.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

These work just like any other disposable mask. Ear loops are the softer and more comfortable thread. Nose piece bends easily. Material is breathable.

This is a Good and worth the purchase for this 3-ply Disposable face Masks.They are the standard multi-layer filtering with comfortable elastic ear loops and nose clip ensure proper fit. One size fits most of all and comfortable to wear.Perfectly suitable for my office working, outdoor working, shopping or other daily occasions.It came with 50 masks in the box and didn't see any odor or issues and value for the price too, quite happy with the purchase.

The size of these masks are 14.5 length x 9.5 width cm. When the pleats are separated the width can extend to 14 cm for the width. The material is lightweight, thin, and breathable. The earloops are stretchy. The wire nose is adjustable to contour the bridge. The mask is comfortable to wear with no odor. Able to cover nose and mouth with minimal gap at the sides.

These were just what I expected and work fine for us. I have a smaller petite face so they are a little bigger on me, but they fit my husband just fine. They do have a bendable nose piece so you can adjust them. This style works the best for us, as we both wear glasses. The adjustable nose piece helps prevent fogging. The ear loops are fine and there was nothing I could see in the way of defects or issues with these. We use these simply to meet the mask mandate in our state and go in out out of stores or businesses that require a mask. They are fine for our needs.
