Shipping Information 

All orders are processed upon receipt (excluding weekends and select legal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. MediTac proudly ships to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers.

Delivery Time & Delays

 Delivery time on most orders is up to 7 business days within the contiguous 48 states.  In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail.  Actual shipping time is dependent on:

  • Availability of merchandise
  • Weather or other natural conditions
  • Carrier operating schedules, delays or disruptions

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@meditackits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@meditackits.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

I had a wild pregnancy (no medical care) and this was so fun to be able to use at home! It works well but if you’re not familiar with using it you might have to wait till later in your pregnancy before you get a clear heartbeat— I heard my son’s at 27 weeks 💗This was also helpful in helping my determine his position in the later weeks.

Seriously, I am a nurse and I am listening exactly where my OB said to and I can't always hear their (I have twins) heartbeats. I more often, I think, hear the blood going through the umbilical cords.I can hear the sounds I can catch extremely well. The earpiece is uncomfortable but to be frank most stethoscopes aren't comfy unless you pay big money for a good one. For the price of this one it's a great product.

I ordered this around 20 weeks and wasn't able to find the heartbeat on my own until close to 25 weeks. But once I finally was able to locate baby's heartbeat, it has worked without fail ever since! Definitely worth the price for something easy to use at home with no risk to baby and mom. Fun for partner and family to connect to baby :)

I was not sure if it works when I purchased it because of the negative reviews but it works. Yes, it's very soft sounds for the 33weeks so it would be hard to listen for earlier stage of pregnancy.

I am 18 weeks pregnant and can’t feel my baby move yet, so I bought this fetal stethoscope as a way for my husband and I to hear and bond with our baby. I also bought it with the expectation that we might not hear anything for another 2+ weeks until she is a little bigger. When I tried it for the first time yesterday it took me a good 5 minutes of moving, gently pressing the stethoscope around my belly and waiting to hear anything but I did eventually hear a steady fetal heartbeat! I did it again this morning and figured out I can feel my belly with my hands first to find out where the baby is hanging out and then try moving the stethoscope around that area, so I was able to find her heartbeat in less than a minute! The thumps are low but sufficiently audible with me lying in my bed at night/in the morning. There’s a long review on Amazon by someone who works in health care who gives good tips on how to use this thing! I recommend it as a way of listening to and bonding with the baby ❤️ and not for figuring out if everything is ok in there (leave that part to your doctor or midwife 😉).
