Storage of essential equipment is a challenge for patrol officers or individuals working low-vis or plain-clothed operations. The TacMed™ Tourniquet Ankle Holster allows the operator/officer to comfortably and discreetly wear a SOF® Tourniquet on either leg in virtually any mode of dress.

Positioning the tourniquet on the ankle allows rapid access with either hand in the event of a shooting. The design of the holster allows the tourniquet to be removed from the pouch in seconds with one hand, yet is secure enough to run with and not risk the tourniquet falling out of the holster.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@meditackits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@meditackits.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Female patrol with limited real-estate on my duty belt so I got this. So far it has been comfortable. Had to work with it a bit to get the speed needed for this tool. Fits under my pants leg over my work boots and no one seems to notice.

Bought for carrying a CAT tourniquet on my ankle instead of at the waist. Ankle carry of gear isn't for everyone, but it works for my situation. It works exactly as described. I'm satisfied.

I like the feel of my tourniquet pressed firmly against my inner thigh, the ladys like it too.

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas as a stocking stuffer so I havenâ€™t given it to him. I inspected the holster when it arrived and seems to be well made. Iâ€™ll update the review once Christmas is over and he has a chance to use it.

Solid item, I like that it keeps items off my duty belt & vest while still keeping it secure to me. Well worth the $$ to free up belt space.

I like using this ankle holster for my CAT tourniquet. It holds it securely, while not being too tight on my leg. I hardly know it's there.

This is a good way to carry your tourniquet if you can't carry it on your belt. Easy to put on, comfortable and stays in place.

Exactly what I expected. Simple elastic band with slot for the TQ. Iâ€™m a police officer and wear it everyday. Light and stays secure... forget its there.

We now have to carry a tourniquet with our duty equipment. As time goes on, we are getting more and more things to put on our duty belts, and space is at a premium.I bought this to have an alternative location, off of my duty belt.It works. So comfortable I sometimes forget it's there. I've had several of my co-workers asking where I got it and how much did it cost? Not much in cost, and totally worth it.Just let your co-workers know where you're wearing it in case the time comes they have to use yours on you if you are incapacitated.
