How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I think the big question most people have about these is, can you re-stick the tape if you need to. You can, a LOT. I currently have a splint on one finger, and that finger is taped to the one next to it for stability. I frequently have to remove it to wash my hands and do some hand exercises, and the tape sticks right back on like it's brand new every time. In fact, the only reason I've changed it is for sanitary reasons (I use it 2 days max, then put new on) or I've fumbled the tape trying to put it back on and the edges rolled and stuck to themselves. Once that happens, it's next to impossible to get it unrolled. It still actually works fine this way on my splint, but the rolled edges make it look like I've been using it for weeks and I feel like people are giving me the side eye and questioning my cleanliness, lol.Pay attention to the length of these rolls; you don't get a lot. If you need to wrap a larger body part often, I don't think this will last you long. That said, for the price and the use you can get out of them, it's definitely worth the buy for smaller areas, like my finger.

I have a latex allergy and it is VERY hard to find cohesive wrap sans latex, so finding this pleased me. Although I was not the one wearing it, I was the one doing the wrapping, so this was kind of important. I had no problems allergy-wise with this product. Now, the wearer hated it. Every last second of me trying to wrap his webbed foot was a struggle. Fortunately, the wrap adhered to itself as is indicated. I was able to get 1 1/2 to 2 applications per roll on my extra-surly 13 pound duckâ€™s foot. It also managed to stay on despite getting a little wet and gross. I donâ€™t think Ollie particularly cared about the colors, but I liked them. The width of the wrap is perfect for using on smaller areas like duck feet. Wrap was easy to start, came individually wrapped, and tore easily enough if my scissors were out of reach. Would definitely buy this again.
