How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@meditackits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@meditackits.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

They effectively kept dust and debris contained, preventing them from spreading throughout the house. The skid-proof aspect added an unexpected level of safety on various surfaces.

These shoe covers work great for when I have to go into my catio to fix something. The catio has sand in part of it and the cats sling the sand along with other things!!! These shoe covers are well made and work great. I would recommend these for any need you have for for a good shoe cover.

I put a basket with these shoe covers by my entrance for guest. Shoes are not welcome in my house because of all the dirt and bacteria they pick up. These covers can accommodate up to 11.5 size shoes. Durable material. Can be reused several times.

Durable and slip resistant:I use these booties while working in an indoor grow lab that's supposed to remain clean. The room also can get a bit wet and slippery after feeding the plants, so slip resistance is paramount for footwear. These booties are made with a type of woven-fabric that has so far shown itself to be more durable than some other plastic competitors I've used, even when putting them over work boots. The material also gives the product a better grip, even on wet, smooth materials.Overall, this is a great product and I would recommend.

I got these foot covers because I don't like dirt or anything being tracked inside my home. It's easy to fit over your foot and it's a good size as well.

I got these for my daughterâ€™s shoe free apartment. Theyâ€™re perfect for maintenance workers and people who arenâ€™t comfortable removing their shoes. The elastic is strong and the fabric is decent. Theyâ€™re great for our purpose.

Not much to say about these other than they do the job expected, protecting floors from boots, etc of work crews that need to come inside. Recommended.
