I originally ordered a Medium based on the size chart and that I wear a size M tee shirt. Unless I don't wear anything underneath, the size M is too small. I then re-ordered the size L. It too was a bit snugger than I expected. The size XL seems to be the size that I needed and should have ordered. My chest is only 36in. That's well below the 49in chest of the M and about 19in smaller than the 55in of the XL. And when I add a light tee shirt, it doesn't suddenly grow by 19 inches.The description says "breathable" but I became very sweaty wearing it with light clothing, in an air conditioned environment. But I was also wearing a full face respirator and gloves.Having said that, this worked almost perfectly for what I needed.There are two minor issues I have/had. There isn't anything to cover the area under your chin. With the full face respirator, I still had a small area of exposed skin between the suit and the respirator.The suit was difficult to get into and get out of. This could be related to the fact that it was too small. But the fabric doesn't have any give to it, so it pretty much stays the size that it is. But the fabric doesn't rip if you pull or twist. So... you can abuse it putting it on, or taking it off without worrying that it will rip.I expect that I might be able to reuse this suit as it's still completely intact.

So I was not prepared for the quality that Ever Ready First Aid offers in this disposable protective suits! These are literally strong tyvek-type material complete with a full zipper and elastic wrist and ankle cuffs- as well as elastic in the back waist and the hood. This is super lightweight but also nonporous- so can get very hot. We are working on a house renovation and needed something to protect ourselves from the debris. This works great, but I'm not sure how long I can wear it with the heat. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed! Fit as expected. Great product for the price!

These coveralls are GREAT. Just the thing if you want to spare your clothes or skin while painting. It fits as expected and it covers you completely (exactly how I needed). I love that it has a hood as well, and it’s lightweight enough where you won’t overheat if it's an especially hot day. This is useful for plenty of jobs or even for a costume. I love how versatile it is, and I was pleasantly surprised with how sturdy the suit itself is, along with its seams.

I’m working a home improvement project. I got this cover all to keep chemical for contacting my clothe and my skin. I’m 5” 7” 145lb and size M fits me well. I can slip it on and off easily. I put it on and off more that 50 time in about a week. It seems to be holding up well. It currently around 98 degree where I live. I’m sweating like a dog. Not very breathable but you win some and you lose some.

So I actually didn't buy this for any type of hazard use or painting or anything other than it automatically reminded me of the outfits for Willy Wonka's Wonkavision scene. Can't wait to make it happen. It's the right shape, size, etc. SOOO excited!! lol

This coverall is great for cleaning around the house especially the basement and attic where there are loose fiberglass insulation which really irritate my skin. It is easy to put on and when worn along with gloves, shoes, facemask, and goggles, I feel completely protected. The material is somewhat thick so I don’t imagine it getting torn anytime soon. So far, I have worn it for repainting the ceiling and cleaning both the attic and basement. It fits as expected and appears to be quite sturdy. I intend to reuse this for many more occasions in the future at least until it gets damaged.

The suit was just as I expected; good coverage and a good fit. My husband is 6'3" and 220 lbs, so I went with the XL size. Squatting seemed to put some stress on the seams, but they held fine. Just like with other disposable suits, you have to be careful when putting them on and taking them off. Otherwise, it will rip and become unusable.

The material is thicker than my other disposable coverings. That has helped it stand up to three trips/chores in the attic so far. There was a lot of standing squatting and scooting around. It hasn't torn anywhere and the seams are still fine. My attic has blown in fiberglass insulation. This suit with the hood is great for protection from that. My other attic "suits" don't have a hood which means my hair gets nasty and itchy stuff can enter through the collar. This is way better.
