How do I check the status of my order?

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I got some of these for Mom to keep in her dialysis bag. The facility has to be kept cool, and she always froze, but couldn't tolerate the weight of layered blankets. She would bring her own light weight blankets and sandwich this between them.I also used to hang these on curtain rods in summer to keep rooms much cooler. A little Redneck maybe, but it made a difference in our summer a/c bills for many years.

It's wonderful that these come in a pack of multiples. I am filling bags for the homeless and wanted to put one of these in each bag. Being so cost efficient, I was able to provide many bags using these.

These were purchased to hand out to the homeless.

These are great for in the car in the event of an emergency, especially if someone needs to be kept warm. Theyâ€™re small packages that actually do what theyâ€™re meant to do.We purchase them yearly for homeless folks as it gets so cold and we know these are a bit of a help.

This will work very well for the homeless people, the backpacks that we are putting together with many small toiletries and gloves and hand warmers and new warm pair of socks.

I bought them for camping & emergency needs. Also for a to go bag.

I use these for all kinds of things. They are every bit as sturdy as the higher priced ones anywhere.Great to keep in a vehicle for many uses. I recently used a few on cardboard templates I made for my mini van windows. I used spray adhesive to apply it to both sides. They kept my van cool for camping in Fl. in 90+ degree temps. Keeps the temp cool in summer and the cold out in winter here in the Northeast.They came individually wrapped, each in its own little ziplock plastic bag.Would def buy this again!ðŸ¦‹LilyðŸ¦‹
