How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@meditackits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Good starter kit

These were way more than expected! I bought 3 for my daughter and 2 daughter in laws in the medical field as gifts. Tons and tons of product. I was impressed with what all came with these bags. They can organize how they want with different compartments, bag is well big enough for them to add to it what they want. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants this as a high quality first aid/ trauma bag. I'll add more of a review after Christmas with what they think of it, but I think they will love it. I'll also add photos as soon as they get them organized I think you all will be shocked how nice these are.

My son is going to school to be a fireman, he wanted this kit after taking his medical kit. He loves it and plans to add to it but says it's a great kit.

I know that some people have given this less than a stellar review for quality issues, but I haven't seen any of those issues. I've had my bag for about a year and although I don't tote this bag around like an EMT would, I do keep it in my car at all times. I've carried it to little league games and charity events and it has held up very well. No, the quality isn't the best on the market, but for the price you can't beat it.Bottom line is that if you're looking for an affordable EMT bag without breaking the bank, I would recommend this one.

I am a volunteer for my local fire department that is why I bought this item my wife is also a RN, and you never know when you might need a medical bag. This bag is a terrific starter bag well worth the money.
