Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

this product works very well and very quickly, I had a very bad burn from an accident with my arm and I was amazed at how quickly this gel put out the fire, usually no matter what you try to help with a burn it always wakes you up in the middle of the night throbbing, not with burn shield, I slept great, couldn't believe it! I use this gel 2 days & 2 nights in a row and the pain was almost completely gone, the burn area was tender for awhile but I was never in pain, absolutely amazing stuff, hope it works this well for everyone!

Burned my leg on my motorcycle pipe. This stuff cools and helped it heal. I did a lot of research and landed on these.Iâ€™ll be carrying some in my pack while riding and have some in my truck. Works best used right away (after using cool water for 15 minutes)
