I bout this pair of scissors for my medical bag and because I liked that it looked tactical and military grade. They turned out to be just that and more they are very strong and are just what I needed. Would definitely recommend

While I am certainly no medical professional, I have used several different brands of medical scissors. I have used them as part of first aid kits as well as keeping a pair in my home shop for cutting tasks there.So far, these feel feel much sturdier than others and have handled everything I have put them through. The 2 places that I have struggled with in the past are the strength of the pivot and the sharpness. These scissors have no issues in those areas.

I got these in 2019 to have a tough tool to cut into hard plastic and cardboard (anti-theft prevention) packages or use a single open blade to cut packing tape on Amazon shipping boxes to recycle, etc. Four years later, the shears are still in great shape after a goodly amount of use. My favorite feature of these shears, though, is that the coating on the blades doesn't pick up duct tape adhesive. I use duct tape for a lot of minor patches and taping. Regular scissors soak up the tape adhesive on their blades but almost become unusable until the blades are cleaned. These shears have never needed cleaning when cutting Nashua 398 HVAC tape. YMMV depending on the tape you use.

These work great for our needs, and they are so cute. For any health care workers out there- I havent tested these on actual bandages. Instead, I get bandage scissors for my adult special needs daughter who likes to cut things up for fun. Childrens safety scissors are too small for her hands and they can't cut through plastic. These can.

These bandage scissors are a great value. They are sturdy and I find myself using them for multiple things. It's so nice that they come in a set of two. I use one for wound care and the other for miscellaneous things like cutting cloth. The pink handle is very bright but attractive.

These scissors serve the advertised purpose, great for cutting bandages and tape. Very handy addition to medicine cabinet.

I suspect people outside of the medical community are not aware these. They are ultra-sharp, actually much sharper than any scissors I have experienced. They cut through cardboard and several layers of ace bandage as if its paper. The angled handles make for easier cutting without twisting, turning, or having to lift the shears for long flat cuts. The thick rubber-like coated handles provide a secure grip without causing pain when cutting thru heavy or thick material.Titanium is known for its unusually high strength and durability, so these will maintain a very effective cutting edge over time. These are so multi-functional, they belong in every sewing and tool box (for wire cutting), and utility drawer, etc. Being autoclavable, they even belong in the kitchen knife or utensils drawer.

These are nice and sharp. With the size and bright color I don’t think I’ll be misplacing these like the tiny first aid scissors I can never find.
